In the years following my experience in 1992, investigators from the Long Island UFO Network visited my home often to discuss what had happened. At the time, there was growing interest in unusual reports across Long Island. In 1997, a journalist wrote an article for Long Island Voice exploring this phenomenon and the investigators who were studying it. My experience, along with the music I began composing afterward, was mentioned in the article.
Looking back today, the piece reads like a time capsule from that period of my life.
These archived moments became part of a much larger journey, one that eventually led me to write His Name is Elijah.
